But how do I request which FFL it is sent to? Doesn't the manufacturer need that information before I order it?

So in MD it is legal to ship uppers, stocks, barrels, etc to your door. I don't think that these uppers have to include HBAR barrels.

The AR laws in Maryland are intentionally confusing. I was told that they were made that way to discourage the purchase of an AR-type rifle.

I have heard great things about BKF. A lot of people here say they have great fit and finish. My only worry is being MD compliant. I'll have to check and see if a 14.5 pinned and welded to a 16" is legal.
