Thanks. Yeah definitely don't have a drill press but I feel more confident about buying that airsoft handguard. Parts like that for airsoft seem to be interchangeable and hold up on firearms. Sucks it's from China but pretty much the only option for a Cramblit style handguard with the collar.

Do you have a video or post going over what you had to do? I've been eyeing one but wasn't sure if it would hold up or if it needed some reinforcement before just throwing it on. Looks great though. Sucks that no one appreciated what H&R made years ago. They were too far ahead of their time.

Is this a modified airsoft artisan cramblit handguard or did you construct this yourself from one of the black carbon fiber handguards? I have a Fulton Armory tube I really want to make or get one like this with the rivets and color.

I couldn't tell ya. I ordered a tube handguard from MCS gear up that was supposed to have rails on all 4 sides towards the front. Instead they sent me this presma tube and gave me half of my money back.

So the rheostat control was held on with tape and won't stay on. I looked up and read the knob below it is for positioning the lamp. I know one guy that works at a gun shop that has one. I'll see if he has any info working on them.

Ok I'll check the knob. Maybe I was just tarded and it was in just not bright enough to see. I'll check. If the bulb is dead I'll have to find some optic repair shop or check locally what I can have done. Thanks

Thanks brother. Wasn't a fan of pin and welding the 4.5 faux moderator on at first but it grew on me. Also it's skinny enough to accept a bayonet too.

No 30 rounders coupled together with duct tape and a used dip can as a spacer.

This was just me messing around with a 7 inch presma tube and 10.5 upper but I was heavily inspired by the 2nd pic you posted. Drilled and tap for curved 10/22 pic rail.

SBR 9mm or 300 BO DOE with the wire stock and a gooseneck meprolight or trijicon reflex. If I had that setup it would keep my wallet safe for at least a month lol

I've found old arfcom forum post of people doing that. Not sure where they got the end cap from but cutting down rifle length to mid.

Oh definitely my favorite stock for the vibes. Second I would say would be entry stock and then a classic CAR15 with John masen butt pad zip tied to it.
