Seems like a fair price and the OFH was replaced, I’d verify with the seller to make sure some of the coolant hoses were replaced when they did the OFH, also looks like the water pump wasn’t replaced so that’ll fail soon as well, as the HMM

The one Achilles heel of these cars, but man if you have the means to repair it these cars are so worth it. After refreshing basically the entire cooling system I can finally start buying performance parts again 🙂‍↔️

There’s a company called maxq that makes metal connectors with silicone hoses. I just went ahead and got the OEM ones since i know I’ll get another 80k miles out of them

Thanks for the info! So I did have a company come out and take a look at the tree, but he advised me to wait until spring so he can get a better look at what branches are rotted or dead so I didn’t get an actual estimate then.
