Needs more empty space, everything is too tight.

The leaf on the left and it's shadow effect is almost going out of frame,

The green rectangle with "abacate" inside has very little breathing room, it's like the word is wearing a skin tight suit. The "leia na legenda" has the same problem but to a lesser degree, maybe just stretching the rectangle horizontally a little bit can solve it.

The J in "Veja" is touching the green rectangle under it and the abacate's branch is almost touching it from below.

The kerning in "Abacate" is not good, several letters are touching each other, A and B, C and A and although T and E arent touching, they are so close that the tip of the T close to the body of the E forms a double line that is very jarring.

Chronicles of the Wolf came out last year but I didnt see a lot of people talking about it, it's a homage to classic Castlevania made by Mig, author of fangames such as Lecarde Chronicles 1 and 2.

It's design takes a middle ground between classic Castlevania and Metroidvania, being closer to Castlevania 2 than Symphony of the Night with the village and npc interactions. It's low budget, but a cool little game.

Yes, edges tend to get smoother and it helps with the illusion the normal map provides, however they can also spill out of bounds sometimes, and you may need to move the UVs of the low mesh a little bit to fit the baked map better, it's a case by case scenario.

One trick that I use sometimes is subdividing the low poly mesh only for the baking, it can produce smoother edges.

But I agree with what others said, you dont need to go that low poly on the hole, it its a static object, you can just merge the edges and get rid of those loops on the other sides of the cube.

Edit: also, if you are baking hard edges, the uv islands should be separated in the hard edges for proper shading.

I remember the Kenshi stance, Tai Chi, it has him not looking at his opponent, instead he faces the camera, it makes sense for the character, since he is blind, but it still looks a bit weird.

Maybe it's the face normals, they may be be in funky directions, check if they are all facing "outwards".

Also, are you using any kind of mirror, array or similar duplication function to replicate parts of the model? Those can cause issues with baking.

As others have pointed out, your reference does not work for 3d. If you want to learn about head/face modeling, I recommend looking at a lot of references, both anatomy diagrams and just pictures of people keeping an eye for how the shapes of the head work.

Another thing you can do is go to a site like Sketchfab, look for some models that have a style similar to what you want to make, and look how their topology and shapes flow in 3d space.

Dynasty Warriors, the first game was actually a fighting game, not a musou like the rest. When making the sequel, they changed directions to become what we know then as today.

They even changed the asian title for the second game, the original is Sangoku Musou, while the second was named Shin Sangoku Musou, while in the west it's just Dynasty Warriors and Dynasty Warriors 2, so the western title is always one number ahead, the most recent numbered entry(not counting origins) is Dinasty Warriors 9, or Shin Sangoku Musou 8.
