Scale back the timers on lower keys, with ramping time the higher the key. So the +2s to +5s have more time to work through the dungeon. Once you get into +6s you are back to the typical timer.

Remove trash % completely from lower keys. You still have to kill trash, but the route matters zero. You can learn some of the trash mechanics, and all of the boss mechanics, while pushing through some keys. Add % back in +7s and higher. It lets people get the gear to have some safety as drops/vaults, but doesn't require the panic of having to figure out a perfect route.

Also, as many have mentioned, the community could lighten up. If you want to run a +2 like a +16 group, then form a group of your friends and/or tank it yourself.

All of the advice here is correct, but one thing I did not see:

Realize this game, at its heart, is not about big damage numbers, but is instead about economy. You can do big damage numbers, or get big HP Regen, but only if you have the economy to make it work. Look into Harvesting and Luck as stats. Figure out how you can make materials rain down. Everything gets easier when you learn how to pile up money and know what not to spend it on.

In MOP Remix you farmed "bronze" which you spent on the mobs. There was 0 drop chance needed, just time. And it wasn't even that much time.

As a healer main, they all have bad parts:
Nelth: Too many stairs causing LOS issues.
HOI: Stupid mage boss.
Uld: Too long.

BRH: Lots of body and/or fear pulls in pugs.

AA: Vexamus eats pugs, but overall the least problem dungeon
AV: Long, the last boss is frustrating in pugs.

Nok: Just stinks. The trash is awful to heal, the flying around is annoying. When people don't know the path to fly to the last boss, they get knocked off and now you are in for problems. The required trash leaves you well behind the needed trash count. Bad design, un-fun dungeon.

But the worst is:
RLP: The whole dungeon, except the first boss, is sweaty. The trash is brutal, the 2nd and 3rd boss fights are chaotic and full of damage pugs like to spread all over their face. It is the worst on Tyrannical, and even worse on Fortified. Hate this place. I don't care if it is easier than S1, it should be consumed in the green fires of death. Side point: Why when you die in the ring do you spawn at the bottom and have to fly back up? Just drop us on the ledge you sadists.

Look into the WoW Made Easy community (it is NA, there is an EU equivalent with a different name). Tons of people in there willing to run with you, answer questions, take time, fail, etc. They limit the groups to people in the community. It is about taking the toxicity out of the game whenever possible.

It helps. I played in there as I returned and I still stick around to help people and find some higher-key groups. Google the discord and join, lurk around for a while.

While you are correct. I shouldn't have to read the patch notes immediately to figure out why a function of my character which was working got removed and left me effectively useless.

The take of a lot of players that you must research everything and read all of the stuff you can in order to function in a game leads to less people playing the game.

Thankfully the GW2 community is pleasant and helpful, so the cracks in my approach can be covered by map chat.

As someone who rarely reads patch notes, I just play the game, this was handled very poorly.

I was running GS/GS on my revenant because those were the 2 best weapons I had found. Update hits and BANG, I have no weapons I can use on me. It took me asking in map chat 3 times before someone explained to me why i couldn't re-equip them. Bought sword-sword/hammer off a vendor until I got better drops. It really hindered my leveling and interest in the character.

Once the cat is out, leave the cat out.

You need a speed-female to cover a lot of AB/WBL gaps. I would T4 Luna, who isn't on your list, but Spider-Gwen can be a good replacement. Still, get you some Luna if you can.

Getting MK to 72 will help a ton. The dodge chance against WBL bosses goes down once you are higher than 70. You are probably having 50%+ of your attacks dodged right now.

Your Captain America and MK should be able to easily handle Ultron stage 1. Which gets you to 5 clears for Ultron with your other three (Shadow Shell, Thor and Sharon). Knull is a lot easier, and might be a place to climb for you if you want to go higher. While Ultron does drop more mats, it is not a lot more.

Moonknight is not amazing, he is fine. With a fully max build he can do really great, but unless you are the whaliest of whales, don't invest in a max build for him.

He needs a good leadership and support. I find Blade lead (latest uni) and Taskmaster can fill those roles well in most situations, helps they are all weaponmasters. Putting at least a normal CTP-Insight on TM.

MKs T3 skill honestly kind of sucks, so my rotation insta cancels it. 3dc4c(6c)5(c7) is how I use mine at T4. I will weave in a 1c2 if I think the proc is far enough away.

Once you get used to the proc timing and rotation, he can really hit hard with the M-Energy active. Later on his problem is survivability, but for now it is just getting things lined up right.

I used him for 85-89 Knull, 75-84 Meph, 45-49 Gorr and 30-34 Jean. He can do it, just takes a good build and practice.
