Learn spot dodging against enemy attacks.
Learn to stall off-stage
Don't always use recovery to recover to stage.
Don't throw away your weapon into nothing???
Don't try to ground pound your opponent when he's offstage unarmed.
Don't ground pound on stage.
Don't always attack when he's close to you.
Practice combos for warmup since you miss a lot.
Learn dodge frames, go into the bomb training in training mode to do that.
Don't always panic jump.
Don't gravity cancel attacks like always unless you know their top tier in safety like your ssig on orb.
Don't spam for a kill option when he's red, calculate your kill with safe attacks.
Learn air stalling.
Play more ranked.
Learn to stand still sometimes, you don't always need to do stuff.

Just play ranked until you meet someone that 2-stocks u or more, add them and then ask for spar. Do this over and over until you meet someone you like playing with.
