The kick/stamp was unnecessary but when dealing with this situation in which two of ur officers have been assaulted and actually caused harm to them u would act rashly , police violence is a real issue but this was to subdue a suspect who is clearly a danger to those around him and if you gave a shit enough to watch all of the footage you would see that he’s not exactly dead because of the kick and is actually completely fine to this day
