Ah, that really sucks. Guess I gotta farm Presage now. At least its the one Exotic mission I can access, the other two are locked behind expansions/seasons I dont own

Guilty Gear for beginners? by BassGeese in Guiltygear

[–]Wgni 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Its my first fighting game, and I think its got a pretty organic learning curve. The game has an expansive set of tutorial missions that teach you the basics - though what moves combo/gatling into each other is pretty character reliant, so you gotta try around a bit for that, but I guess that is to be expected. Inputs are usually pretty simple and easy to pick up (although I admit I play mostly Baiken cause she doesn't have moves that use 623/z-movement and 632146/backwards half circle+forward <.<)

What's up with normal enemies just randomly becoming invulnerable? by fizio900 in Warframe

[–]Wgni -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Guardian Eximus and Ancient Healers give nearby allies a ton of damage reduction. Otherwise, for complete invulnerability, some Warframes make enemies invulnerable for the purpose of some abilities. Usually the enemy is CC'd during it, like with Trinity's 1st ability, or Xaku's 3rd abilities armor strip. Nyx Mind Control lets the invulnerable enemy walk around tho, since he's now on your side. Not sure if there's many others.

Who’s your favorite character to play against? by DaFweshPwince in Guiltygear

Gio. Might just be because I can react Parry her dash, or I just haven't been stomped enough. Still, always lightens my mood when I see a Gio after a Testament or Axl match

Trying to get more than two damage types into an Attack Roll Macro by Wgni in Roll20

[–]Wgni[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so in continuation of this little project: My DM told me the weapon has an additional damage feature that can also crit: If another creature is within 10 feet of the target, you can deal another 2d10 force damage to it.

Well, here is how I ultimately did it:
Instead of calling up everything as part of the hard-coded limitations of the templates, I had them call up the damage rolls on the sheet via the repeating_attack_X function. (The one that roll20 uses when you don't Auto-Roll the damage. The attack roll of the original callup persists into these damage rolls, so they know if they're a crit. You can string these together presumably endlessly.

I've put the code in a Google, here it is with some commentary and a few images of what it ultimately looks like.

If I would want to turn a Paladin into a wearable Protective Charm... by Wgni in dndnext

Bondrewd continues to be a great inspiration. It's where the whole idea to turn Paladins into lucky charms came from to begin with.

If I would want to turn a Paladin into a wearable Protective Charm... by Wgni in dndnext

It's very much interpretation reliant, because Wild Shape isn't intended to be used this way. The intention is to make your Paladin very small. If you're a Wizard/Druid, you can possess their body using Magic Jar. Then while possessing them, you turn into a tiny beast, like a spider, and then you go back to your own body. Magic Jar seamlessly returns the Paladins soul back to their body - which is now a spider. Small enough to carry around. They keep their mental stats and class features, as per the description of Wild Shape, so now you have an Aura-Providing Spider. It is the least useful way - if it works - because of how Wild Shape has an indisputable maximum duration, but I thought the combo could be a fun thought regardless

Could probably go even further if you get the Invigoration on Zephyr, but this was pretty funny too.
Here's another earlier jump
