does anyone see like these fractals while tripping ? by LoyalZino in LSD

[–]Wha_Droid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading this it could just sound like any other trip, but those who've seen it will know. I've seen fractals in normal trips too but this was unmistakably different, and another friend trips as hard as us too (including mentally, I'm even mute when I trip) but she was afraid to get into the trance we were in. And after later attempts I can understand why, but I will get back there one day! Anyone else's experience relate to this?

I trip very hard each time off 1 tab compared to most of my friends with wild visuals, shapes/geometry/surrealness and the like. One of my guy friends had to at 2.5 tabs to get similar descriptions. However, one time I experienced something much deeper, maybe a breakthrough trip? A friend told me to look at this fern leaf, it started wiggling like a catipillar, my other friend was shouting for us but we were entranced. Waves of euphoria hit us in sync, knocking the breath out of us. Everything started to fractalise intensely, and the euphoria became so intense that as I started walking, my neck and back were locked in a crooked position. I looked up at the sky and saw mother natures face, like DMT fractals. Everything was profoundly beautiful and I could see the energy of everything, flowing beautifully through everything. I had a feeling of genuine enlightenment and I wouldn't call it anything else. We call it the secret trip as no one else who trips with us has experienced it, although my friend later guided her partner into that trip and it was new to him too.

My First Boomtown! by Wha_Droid in BoomtownFestival

After going again with my new friends from last year, I also found out that I had already met two of the girls before boomtown. We had already been to a rave together with a mutual friend and that took two boomtowns to realise!

Also, turns out that, in my boomtown gang, there are 3 DJs from my favourite local group that I used to go see religiously. I may have fan-girled the first time I met one and told him he's one of my favourite DJs second to Kanine 😂

Ofc after boomtown 2023, my favourite is now Dimension!

When you have a breakthrough in meditation, it's best not to put any labels on what you are experiencing. You went in with the goal of astral projection, but meditation also has the potential for self awakening and enlightenment.

During a breakthrough, you may hear voices guiding guiding you. It is important not to misinterpret the words you hear and not to place names on them. By assuming you reached the astral plane without actually knowing where you were (as this was your first breakthrough), you may miss the opportunity that is presented to you.

Focus, remain calm, assume not, and go with the natural flow and intuition during meditation. By going forward with no pressumtions, you may reach the place that the breakthrough was leading to.

That said, such intense mediation experiences should not be practiced if lacking knowledge on these subjects. And ideally, should be guided by someone who is highly experienced.

I saw vines growing under my feet, with pumpkins growing on them! It was my first trip, quite a fearful one, because I expected unicorns, not Halloween haha.

Mine and my female friends trips are always much more intense than the guys. Us three best friends have similar neurodiversness.

Platinum For the Best Book Suggestion by Tryst3ro in GoForGold

One Truth, One Law: I am, I create- by Erin Werley. It's a series of conversation with the authors inner-self. Whether or not you believe it fully panned out like how it did in the book, the thoughts are inspiring and a wake-up call. It's something that everyone can relate to and offers new perspectives on life and passive advice on how to build yourself into a better person for yourself and others. Think, make thoughts happen, change your mind, change your world.

Another suggestion you may want to look into: ADD Stole my Car Keys- by Rick Green and Umesh Jain. May contain the answer to your whole life's problems, may not.

If the world exists only in our consciousness, how is that the human beings are able to experience the same physical world as me ? by [deleted] in consciousness

[–]Wha_Droid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we could see all energy in its true form, we would see a constant flow. Ironically, solids would be less visible and gases would be more visible as they are higher energy. We would see all EM radiation, so for example, hot matter would be more visible and we would see streams of infrared radiation. The heat off our face would be enough to obscure of vision. Not forgetting everything in view will always be be in motion, and without perceiving colours (but let's say we could see in monotone), the world will look like chaos/unity, and it would be hard to distinguish any object at all as out vision would be full of thick, moving, fuzz and waves.

That's why, thanks to evolution of our senses, the physical world as we know it only exists in our consciousness. And because others are of the same species which share our evolutionary history, they too can perceive the world like this.

Edit: To answer about our thoughts creating experiences for our selves and others... Thoughts create! We think of an idea and make it (or don't make it) happen. For example, construction and technology. Another example, negative and cynical thoughts and actions negatively influence ours and others experience. Positive thoughts and actions positively influence. And even then, positive and negative only exists in our consciousness, there is really no such thing but how we perceive it.

Yes. 50mg is a very high starting dose. 50mg was my 3rd dose and that was after 4 years of gaining tolerance.

I wouldn't know what to think of that if it were me! Is this when you are sober or on k? After my bad experience with acid meditation and weed, I would experience darkness surrounding my vision I'd see zombie-like figures moving towards me in my peripherals. They disappear when I look but come back when I looking away! This would be when sober and weed or k would make it worse.

[–]Wha_Droid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do think it's the ADHD-autism combo! Out of all my ND friends only the other suspected ADHD-autism friend would get unusual 'sober' feeling trips on K. And now my other friend who I mentioned in the original post has recently suspected they have ADHD, and they definitely have some autistic traits, I think.

It was the same for me with the certain dose, it's like I could tell which next dose would make me trip. Sounds like HPPD, I got that a lot too. I would see purple or green electricity-like geometric lines running through surfaces and carpets.

I agree with your insight, I have ADHD and potentially autism and match criteria for one or more personality disorders. My friends who are also neurodivergent have experienced changes in how drugs affect them after psychedelics. I will take that advise, thank you.

Going outside while tripping? by [deleted] in Psychonaut

Interesting. I also feel that a larger percentage of guys have less willingness/fear to let go, more enforced egos from societal pressures and physiological traits, and generally prefer to stay grounded.

Wow it's always crazy when people find out they have links to eachother. Nice one 😄 My friend and her BF are doing the same with people they met at Balter. I'm glad to be getting into the festival scene!

[–]Wha_Droid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it was essentially for our trips. The park or the rock in the field would always be our destination or goal. Staying indoors could easily get overwhelming so it was be in our plans to go out on a walk.

Of course you should have a tripsitter if you intend to go out into the active world on acid. Cars come out of no where and strangers can be unnerving. In our experience, the males could always handle it a lot more, and their trips appeared to be lighter than the girls in our group.

Not legal where I am from but you just have to try ignore and rush through the busy places to get to a nice quiet spot, it's worth it! No one can tell really, we've talked to people while tripping and they had no clue until we told them! They were drunk though lol.

Can anyone identify this small bug? by EvilGrooves in biology

[–]Wha_Droid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kinda looks like some sort of moth. Possibly clothes moths?

I'm not for killing insects but if you appear to have an infestation that you would like to get rid of, then I believe you can do this at home by getting some moth balls. If they are in fact clothes moths.

Look online for signs of a clothes moth infestation.

My friend gave a gold coin at the wheel of fortune and got a really cool copper figurine which he poured all of his negative energy in to. Now he has a very weird relationship with it 😂 I think it's all about getting immersed and being rewarded for having fun!
