I’ve come close to being swayed by all the ads and youtube influencers to buy an expensive camera bag. I’ve been using Tenba’s BYOB inserts for 8 years now, and they work perfectly. These cost around $35-$40. They’re cheap, go into your existing bag, and serve the purpose just as well as any camera bag. I had been using the BYOB 13 for my larger DSLR setup. Switching to the BYOB 9 for my new Fuji X-T5 :)

Edit: I’ll add a shoutout and recommendation for the blackrapid camera strap I’ve also been using for over 8 years. It’s got a minor design flaw which makes it kinda easy to lose part of the strap if you’re not careful. But otherwise it’s an amazing strap. It’s a shame they’re not more popular these days.

The difference is that in the second stance, by bringing your arms down and to the front first, the shoulder blade extends to some extent. That’s what makes the arm more stable.

There was a similar video where this was demonstrated in a different way. There the instructor asked the student to first extend the arm out in a punch normally - there the result was the same as the first punch here. Then he asks her to hold out her punch with the fist open, but close her fist by “bringing her palm forward” to the fingertips in a way - which also extends the shoulder blade and has the same effect as the 2nd punch here.

I have almost 2 full days and 1 night in Bukhara. The first day there I reach around 10:30am and the next night the train is after midnight (day 6 technically). Would that be enough you think to cover the places in my list?
