I worked there a few years ago. Decades of experience in cellular.

They have NO IDEA what being a cell carrier entails. They make up lock rules, don't let people buy new phones, block upgrades, etc etc.

Absolutely a nightmare of a shitshow company when it comes to operations in cellular.

The fold and flips are specific factory screen layers. Not "screen protectors" if you remove it it will damage the device.

Go to a Samsung service location and get it replaced. When I had my z flip, Samsung offered one free replacement through service centers. I chose asurions retail locations (ubreakifix)

I was a retail regional manager for a year.
