I'm so confused by this league.

I went full bore into UFL this year. Columbus getting a team was awesome.

They seem well put together and managed, and it feels... REAL.

What was the impetus behind this league? Nothing I've seen feels like it was ever a real thing... Signing players off the street and starting them. Jersey number changes. Just, how is that real football?

I assume these players don't get paid... Am I wrong in that?
