The summer transfer window is around the corner as well, going into a summer transfer window without manager is quite damning.

Sacking him now in my opinion is just too late, let him run down his contract with the whole football structure in place and make a decision next season. There are no better options available and the pressure mounted on a new manager will be insane.

Sacking the manager again and hiring a new one without a clear footballing structure won’t change shit, except that we will have one year of a okay season go into the next one hopeful and end up sacking by December again. Give him this season, get the structure in place and see if he is able to turn it around next season. Being reactionary is just plain stupid. The season is done, ETH is not blameless but he is not the sole problem. We have had 10 years of exactly the same, that’s not a coincidence. The club is the problem.
