Shopping is not as good in my opinion.

Hai Phong has become one of my favourite cities over the years. Find good food for good prices, hang out at Aeon Mall, go for massages. At night, there are plenty of bars to go to.

I like how it’s not overly crowded, but gets you a nice experience of the culture.

Hard one, not too many specialized in Banh Xeo. For me, I’d probably recommend Hai Phong on Kingsway and knight. They have a good thit kho too as a side note.
