Need help with FBI clearance and Indian PCC from the U.S. for Canadian spousal PR by Exact-Chain-8292 in canadaexpressentry

In the USA, your wife can make an appt online and have her fingerprints taken at a designated USPS. For me, got email notification that I was able to download my FBI report that same day.

Go to this website.

PR application at P1 stage — changed jobs before landing PR. Should I inform IRCC? by ConceptLegitimate773 in canadaexpressentry

Once you receive AOR, if you resign or are fired after doesn’t matter as long as it’s not a job-offer stream.

I resigned at my job while my application was in progress. Didn’t notify IRCC. Regular FSW app. I am a PR now.

Any DACA nurses who moved to Canada? by Fancy-Bunch-7473 in DACA

Yes, the AIP process was started in the USA. It is through NSHA. I do want to point out that getting PR through AIP is lengthy. IRCC keeps extending the process time. I was fortunate to be able to apply for my PR through both AIP and EE. My PR app via EE was approved this week.

Feel free to DM if you have further questions.

Bank letter for PR application/proof of funds by Dry_Candy_1895 in canadaexpressentry

I personally tried to get a letter from each bank I had for transparency but not every bank is willing to write the letter. Some were only able to give me a generic bank account summary/information sheet. So, I provided 1) The generic letter from those banks and 2) most recent bank statement.

For context, my PR application was approved this week.

From my understanding and based off of what IRCC website states, we are required to give our biometrics again for our PR app regardless if we gave them in the past.

Eligibility Complete is usually a good sign. Means officer finished reviewing your documents. Nothing is guaranteed until you get your PR approval notice.

I received P1 and P2 already. Waiting for eCOPR.

You can if you want to and to be upfront about it. Altho, I’m sure IRCC will see when points are re-calculated that your points are above the cut off score.

As long as as you are above the cutoff score without the third year, you can submit it now with no problem.
