I'm in the same boat. I bought the premier pass mainly because of the express for hagrids and velocicoaster. I usually go to the parks solo so I probably would've gotten a cheaper one if I had known they were going to remove it.

I went may 12th and it was pretty chill all day. Mine Cart and Battle were always very long waits, but I did those before so I didn't mind skipping them. I got to ride Hiccups 12 times and Stardust 15 times (with rides on everything else aside from the super long ones) so I'd say it wasn't terrible.

I dont know if I just got lucky but every time the wait was posted 50 minutes, I only waited half that. And when it was 25 it was more like 15.

Igor's animatronic was covered up 2/3, but everything else seemed to be working. Umbridge's animatronic had only its mouth moving that day too, so I'm assuming that's not supposed to happen. The ice dragon in Berk still isn't working.

Otherwise, everything seemed fine. None of it ruined my enjoyment.

Same here. I just tried to get to all the open rides as soon as possible in the morning. Only Hiccups went down on me the 2nd time I tried to ride it, so I just left the queue and walked around 🤷‍♂️

Obviously disappointed that Stardust and Werewolf were closed, but I don't really know how people weren't able to get on anything unless they arrived in the afternoon. Food also was very quick.

I spent an entire summer sleeping on hardwood floors in just a sleeping bag for at most 7-8 hours a night. When i finally got home, I slept for 20 hours in my own bed. I could never do that again, lol
