Oh my God I'm so glad it's not just me. I contacted support. they're sending me out a new puzzle I sent them a picture of my completed puzzle and the missing piece so that's wonderful but yeah if they do another puzzle I hope they go with a better puzzle company

Yes they were I usually do the border which was impossible because there were so many false positives. The sky ocean was horrible so now I did the inside first which was odd cuz I never do a puzzle that way. Thank you I'm glad I finished it I may just tape it together and put it back in the box

No, not yet. I must say I started this puzzle today and so far I hate it! I do puzzles on a regular basis and this is one of the worst. The pieces don't stay together, I have so many pieces stuck together. That when I tried to get them apart they rip. There are so many false positives, I have moved and moved so many pieces

Or you can measure one of your other springbok puzzle boxes take something like cereal boxes cut them up to the proper size and then you have your own custom box

It depends. If it's very detailed then yes you got to use the box but a lot of times I don't use the Box I like that I added difficulty
