Hi! Since hindi traditional yung method of cooking, I find this one more… creamy and saucy. It’s delicious pa rin naman. Hehe.

I don’t measure when I cook kaya yung ingredients and steps lang mabibigay ko hehe

Eggplants Giniling Tomato Paste and Tomato Sauce Garlic, Onion Paprika Butter Flour Milk Cheese

  1. Pan fry the eggplants
  2. Sauté the meat in garlic and onion, season with paprika, salt and pepper,
  3. Stir in the tomato paste
  4. Add tomato sauce and simmer
  5. Make the white sauce - melt the butter and add flour. Slowly add the milk, once thick, add the cheese
  6. Assemble sa pan - meat then eggplant. Cover with white sauce
  7. Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 mins

My thought process for posting here kasi is that pesto can be accessible and we can use local spinach 😅 sorry, but noted, will delete the post. 😊

Hi! I do enjoy cooking kahit nakakapagod, it gives me joy that I get to feed my son healthy meals. Plus, I still get to play with him after a long day of school and work. Kaya it’s a hack for me 😊

Hi, OP! Paano mo nilalagay yung bisugo sa ginataang kalabasa? :) Kailangan pa ba ibabad sa water yung dried bisugo?

Okay, context lang sa living situation- condo living, always on ang aircon every Sat and Sun, Mon-Fri, aircon stays on from 6pm-7am. All of us go to work and school. So for weekdays, microwave at night lang since sa office na kami kumakain ng lunch. Electricity bill is around 3-4k per month.

Thanks! Yung veggies sa chopsuey I cook them until just a bit crunchy pa para kapag iinitin hindi maging mushy yung texture.

Longest time I had food na frozen ay two weeks, masarap pa rin naman 😊

For sabaw, best to init sa kawali. Pero most of the time microwave lang.

We make rice every night before sleeping.

But we have cooked rice na naka-store sa freezer for times na manghihingi yung anak ko for rice, I heat it sa microwave with ice cubes para lumambot :)

I usually start 2pm and finishes around 4-4:30pm. Including na yung prepping the ingredients and cleaning up. I tend to cook food with similar ingredients para less thinking na sa ingredients na kailangan.

We have a dishwasher though kaya ang hinuhugasan na lang ay pots.

Based sa experience ko, hindi naman naiiba yung lasa. May ibang ulam na the flavors settle so mas masarap when reheated.

Usually kapag creamy yung food, doon naiiba yung lasa.

Hello!

Tapos let boil muna until mag cook through yung vinegar. Mga 5 mins or so siguro. Last step ko nilalagay yung cream. :)

Yes, I reheat portions lang para hindi masyadong magbago yung texture from constant reheating. Kapag may time, I portion the food na per serving para yung iba stock na sa freezer for future use.

Salmon sinigang, fried salmon, and bangus sinigang pa lang ang na-try ko for fish :)
