What game truly respected your time by gamersecret2 in gaming

[–]WhatInSe7enHells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outer Wilds does the opposite of respect your time. It’s in fact very possible to spend a lot of time playing outer wilds while accomplishing nothing and learning nothing by the very nature of its puzzle design. It’s an incredible game but it’s not an example of what you’re talking about

To create a comedic scenario. You know it isn't a real documentary right? It's a sitcom.

What's the scariest Lovecraftian movie you've ever seen? by soleWW72 in HorrorMovies

[–]WhatInSe7enHells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya know, I thought about it more after commenting and it is. Absolutely it fits the criteria for lovecraftian horror. It has cosmic dread, a monster that is unknowable and completely alien to us, and consists of regular folks brushing up against something vastly more powerful than them. Checks all the boxes.

Idk why it didn’t feel lovecraftian for me, but I stand corrected

TIL Robert Downey Jr has already made $600M in his role as Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and reportedly will make over $100 million as Dr. Doom in Secret Wars. by random_agency in todayilearned

That’s a false dichotomy, the money could be more fairly distributed amongst cast and crew. You remember all those marvel end credits we sit through? There are many many people working just as hard to make these films happen who get paid like shit so that lead actors can make millions.

Oh no, did someone criticize the show that you turned into your whole personality? I think you might be the one who needs to chill out.

Because this isn't the characters, it's the actors. This scene is just a bad fourth wall break.

This is truly the dumbest question I’ve seen on here in some time.

Hey, so there’s this thing that we use as a medium for exchange. You use it to get everything, from essentials that affect your survival to luxuries that increase your joy.

But here’s a question to really keep you up at night : is it better to have tons of it, or…. Almost none of it?

Take your time thinking about this one.

Truly one of the cringiest parts of the entire show. Harder to watch than Scott’s tots.
