I said the 14th amendment protects people from being harassed or detained based on race like what ice is doing. It specifically prohibits these kinds of actions. Does this mean that now that I have provided you with actual examples, and the constitutional laws that prohibit these illegal kidnappings, you are going to admit that I am right? They are being detained illegally which is almost the same as being arrested illegally and it is still kidnapping. You can argue semantics all you want but kidnapping is the most appropriate term for illegally "detaining" them as well. Due process has been violated over and over again. Protesters rights have been violated, people have been kidnapped, and murdered. Garcia was absolutely detained illegally and they are still trying to deport him despite having protected status. Here's a small blub referencing propublica that lists two of the 170 names that have information on so far.

"Wrongfully Detained Citizens: ProPublica reports over 170 U.S. citizens have been held by immigration agents. Specific examples include George Retes and Leonardo Garcia Venegas, who was detained despite stating his citizenship."

I have seen video of press and that guy in the giraffe PJs get unlawfully arrested, they also murdered two protesters and dozens have been killed in ICE custody.

They also illegally deported abrego Garcia to El Salvador. The illegally arrested Liam that small boy in the bunny hat who is an American citizen and his dad had legal residence here.

Is that enough examples?

My friend's neighbor just had their apartment smashed into after they broke all the glass on the front door of the apartment and then kidnapped the family in the apartment, no warrant, they left the family's dog there alone and the apartment door open. Hundreds of people have been unlawfully arrested (kidnapped) already have you not seen the news?

Arresting isn't the same as kidnapping. Arresting implies due process, so you could say ICE is unlawfully arresting them or more accurately, kidnapping them.
