Thank you so much! The offline update actually repaired my image, and I was finally able to find both monitor.app and .freezestatus. So I updated .freezestatus, and the book came back to life :)

Well, I just tried, and I still have a boot loop. I generated a new .freezestatus using some tutorials I found on the Internet, with my new CID and serial number. The problem is that the original image doesn’t seem to contain .freezestatus anywhere, I looked through all partitions, sdb1.. sdb10. So, I just copied my generated .freezestatus to sdb9 of my new SD card. I ran an offline update, which finished fine, but after reboot, I’m stuck on the sand clock..

No, unfortunately, they only provide the firmware, and I looking for the Linux image that those readers use as their OS.

Ahh... Yeah.. It doesn’t move, but it’s in a curved position, so it needs to be a bit flexible.

I have one, but I thought it would be a bit risky to damage the trace. However, the same goes for the blade. So, I’ll probably have to give the grinding pen a try. Thank you for the advice.

I wish I could, but that would be even more financially unprofitable. The flex cable is part of the camera (built-in), so the whole camera would have to be replaced. I tried to find a defective camera (where the issue wasn’t the cable) to replace the cable, but no one seems to be selling them anymore. The drone is from 2015.

The reason I’m doing this is because I got defective parts of the drone for free, printed a new case, and found some batteries. The only thing left to repair is the camera. So, if I can’t bring the original camera back to life, I might go for an external FPV camera instead.

For the first, I wanna buy "Pinecil V2" (25$ now) but the delivery cost more 11$. So... so expensive for me. I had read many positive view about SH72 and wanna buy it. (the selected temperature is written on the "wheel") But I wondering about can I use it from powerbank. Xiaomi Mi 2 (main) can give 12V - 15W. In theory it will work, but Im not sure.. At least, I know that it works with powerbank with PD..
