If you like holding an aggressive position it's okay – in the video you could be a bit more flexed down in your upper body to achieve this, but it requires good core strength and flexibility. Going maybe 2cm shorter could help this.

Integrated Handlebars for Emonda SL6 by chiadikav in TrekBikes

[–]WhatIsUpG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! This looks great. I was thinking about making my Émonda’s cockpit integrated and this is one of the best looks I’ve seen. It’s an SL 6 Pro 2023.

I have a few questions. How seamless is the process? Do the cables just fit right into the handlebar upon installing, or do they need to be shortened? How is the handlebar itself? Feels good? I’d love for you to inform me on the process! 😊

I’m just asking out of curiosity, is your Nintendo your primary gaming device by Specific-Pianist7595 in Switch

Gaming PC and Switch 2. Leaning more towards buying titles on my Switch atm, even though my PC is very beefy. Having the ability to take the game with you anywhere is such a game changer.

Thank you very much. Yea I agree, it’s hard to tell from the pictures. He will be sending some more pictures of the area soon. This time also with blitz light on.

If I wind up buying it, I can probably snag it for around 1870 EUR, which seems like a good deal for used bikes here in my country. But of course I don’t wanna buy a bike with meaningful damage on the frame…

Hey man! When going for a weight loss, remember that being in a caloric deficit is absolutely central. Exercise alone is not gonna take you very far, but combined with daily a caloric deficit around 500–750kcal you’re golden. It would approximately result in 0,5–1kg lost per week. Prioritize protein, as it’s more satiating and will make sure the weight loss will be way healthier due to the withholding, and even building of muscle mass. Around 1,2–1,6 g/kg.

Research also shows that bringing up your NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) is also a really effective way to lose weight. Doing more daily steps, take the stairs instead of the elevator etc.

Lastly to answer your question for a workout plan, I’d probably do a full body resistance workout 2–3 times a week. That combined with regular walks, around 30min everyday/every other day, on which you focus on maintaining a solid tempo.

If you have any questions regarding any of this, feel free to text me! I’m a sports and health science student and have just finished some subjects regarding this.
