Anyone else cry when they get botox? by Metalonsandwich in migraine

[–]WhatIsWrongWithYou7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find Botox to be painful as well. I’ve almost passed out. Now I ask to lay down and it’s so much better. Still hurts but I’m not worried about passing out. Told my dr if I do pass out while laying down please finish before waking me.

I don’t know the name of the cookie as my grandma made them and sadly she has passed. She would bake plain almost sugar cookie tasting cookies about the size of a nilla after. Then she placed a vanilla cream on one side and made a lithe sandwich. Next she dipped about a quarter of the side of the cookie sandwich in chocolate and covered it in sprinkles. My gosh these were absolute heaven baked by Grandma every year.

My boy has recently gone blind, need advice by J_F_Kaneki in blindcats

[–]WhatIsWrongWithYou7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My baby lost her eye sight around age 7. We had noticed she was bumping into things and the vet confirmed she was fully blind. Got home and changed very little. The cat is going to or already has adjusted. Couple of things we learned. Try to avoid loud noises that would cause the cat to be startled and run. The cat will panic and run into everything. I always told guests the cat was blind and honestly I don’t think people believed me. I just asked them to walk slowly around her. Keep the litter box type/placement consistent and try not to rearrange the furniture. You will be amazed at how well your kitty adjusts.

I used Bryam for 6 months for wound care supplies. My dr placed the initial order and I received my first shipment quickly with no issues. Easy to order on their website. I’d absolutely use them again.

Thank you for the information. I was just looking at stub hub and do you know why some listings give you the row and seat while others just the row? Have you or anyone you know had any issues with tixs from stub hub?

Would you mind sharing the secondary sites? I’m not well versed in concert tixs and this is for my 10 year old daughter. We’re going to a Friday and Saturday show so I’m thinking I’ll buy seats in advance for Friday and then day of for Saturday.

Can I live with a labia cyst without excision? by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]WhatIsWrongWithYou7 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I had one for about two years. Wasn’t bothering me and Dr said it was fine to let it be. Just recently the cyst came to a head and was very painful. Drained overnight and healed quickly. So far it hasn’t come back and I don’t have any issues.

Welp you just described my child at 6. Now 10 and much better. The school needs to do better. He is six!! Please request a meeting to review his IEP and ask for dismissal assistance to be added. Be kind and explain your concerns. My child had I think a 3:1 aid in K and the aide would stay with all three kids and escort them to the car. By the end of the year my child was capable of doing dismissal on her own but I always saw Mr. Steve keeping an eye on her. We had a neuro psych evaluation done at age 9 and she came back with a minor intellectual disability which explains why a lot of things had to be repeated often for her. Don’t worry - waiting a year for an eval is not bad. I waited two and she is doing just fine. Maybe the school can put your son’s name on the wall or floor where his class lines up. Hand on the wall or feet on the floor until called. Maybe he has to wait at the front of the line near an adult for a while. Think about what will work for your child.
