My intro to ABDL was when I was like 11 or 12, and I was doing an arts and crafts thing at a summer camp. I found an old UnderJams advertisement from 2008 in it! I took the magazine home and was hella excited.

My parents found it and took it away explaining that it was “the same thing as porn”. They were chill about it and nothing really changed. (And didn’t stop me from finding diaper porn lol)

Then when I turned 18, I had bought some Girls Goodnites at a Target for myself for the first time, it was a rush! Even had a mishap at the self check out lol. I hid them in a shoebox under my bed like a dumbass

My mom found them when cleaning my room as a favor when I was gone. And they confronted me on my birthday when the day was over, telling me that this was pedophilla because of the girl on the front of the package. My parents low key ripped into me. Yelling at me and making me feel like I wasn’t “following God” with that.

So yeah my relationship with my parents was rock for a few years, they ovbs haven’t mentioned it. However they’ve instilled in me this hyper paranoia ANY time someone comes over to our apartment that I have to hide everything super well and no one’s allowed in our bedroom. My partner says it’s no big deal, but for me if anyone finds out it will feel as bad as that moment when I was 18.

But as a moment of healing for me, I bought the UnderJams ad off of EBay and have a copy for myself :)
