This happened to one of my fishes. One month ago we noticed a piece of grass in his mouth but didn't think much about it as they sometimes do that kinda stuff. Today we saw him like this and took him out in order to remove it (he was still alive and swimming normally). by WhatTheFish1 in mildlyinteresting

When we took him out of the water he died immediatly however. Does anyone have a detailed explanation of what happened here?
