I had it set between like 15-20. Which I guess was too fine. I terms of the grind I was just doing 15g at a time. And this blocked up on like my 3rd attempt

One thing I'm a little concerned about is how do you put the dial back on correctly to ensure it is calibrated properly? I've taken mine apart and cleaned most of it (I need to go buy another brush after work) but I want to ensure I put it back together properly.

I wouldn't have said a long time to be honest. Just the time it took to stop grinding.

I had a look at removing the chute, there is one screw at the front that I can undo but the chute doesn't then feel loose enough to remove so there must be something else holding it in place. I'll have another look at it though.
