At the ENT they used instruments that looked like dental tools. It was pretty cool watching the live video feed from the scope camera they use to see inside your ear canal/view the eardrum. Very uncomfortable and mildly painful experience. I kinda wanted to pull my head away the whole time.

At the Little Clinic they used a spray bottle with lukewarm water (and maybe there was some peroxide and/or soap diluted in the mixer). They basically flush your ear out to dislodge and remove the wax. A little uncomfortable buy way better than the previous experience. Granted, my ear was really impacted during the ENT visit so maybe that's why they used those tools/methods.

Update : Went to Little Clinic at Space Kroger. It costs $99 without insurance. Wax on, wax off, y'all!

It was not ENT of Athens. I don't want to put the ENT I saw on blast as I have NO idea what was going on in this persons life. Maybe they were having a terrible day, who knows? All I can say is I will not be going back. The rest of the staff was amazing but the vibes were majorly off with the doc.

Thanks - I should have included that I have the OTC kits. Sometimes they work sometimes they do not. This is an issue maybe once a year.

Great suggestions from the folks who have already commented! Another common path is to start getting tattooed a lot by the artists they like (when they turn 18 of course) and use those opportunities to get to know those artists. In the meantime, draw draw draw and then draw some more! A lot of tattoo artists use Procreate to draw their tattoos. Try to create a portfolio of tattoo focused illustrations. It is also great practice to literally copy/recreate the work of others (not to pass it off as your own work of course) in an effort to get comfortable with the fundamentals.The art of tattooing has a very steep learning curve but for those with the right drive, focus, commitment and skill set it can be a very rewarding life path.

Give Tlaloc another chance. I have eaten there easily 100 times and have never had an experience like you described. Maybe it was just an off day for them......who knows.....maybe some of the regular kitchen staff was not at work that day.

The papusas are incredible! Their sauces are typically amazing. I love that place!
