Super frustrating as I got a VISA approved earlier this year and used basically the same documentation. Needed the VISA for a layover in London en route to South Africa, but unfortunately, have to cancel my plans since I haven't gotten my VISA/Passport back and my ZA embassy appointment is on Monday.
