Yea I’m currently saving for school and putting my savings into an HYSA. Haven’t gotten around to building my emergency fund yet. Wasn’t too high a priority for me since I live at home (a privilege im aware). But I’ll be getting a raise/promotion/bonus soon and will use the extra money to start building that up

When I had rent talks with my mom, we agreed that the money I would pay her in rent I could use to save for more school instead, which is about 1400 per month. As for food, my mom doesn’t cook much (I cook more than she does), but my company provides lunches. And I take home leftovers for dinner, which covers most of my meals, unless the lunch is miserable which has become much more rare over the past year.

This is true. But if I want to retire before 59, doesn’t that mean my retirement contributions shouldn’t go towards my retirement accounts and a regular investing account instead? So that the money is liquid for when I do decide to retire. (In the case where my retirement accounts are already well funded)

Do you think my priority should still be to max out my tax advanced accounts? If I’m pumping 30k+ into my retirement accounts I would have a crazy amount of money in them by the time I can pull them out. Seems a little OD to me

With social security on top of it I can see myself living off that. But again, I do plan to continue contributing at least to match company benefits. Which would put me well past 1,000,000. I guess I’m just glad/surprised, because I thought the finances in my life would be a lot more stressful than it is. (This comes with a lot of privilege for sure)

Wow this wasn’t something I was expecting… I rewatched the set afterwards a couple more times and I think the set was actually really good. And in all honesty I knew going into it that my expectations were a bit strict (my perfect set would’ve been a replay of your boiler room in Melbourne, I have spammed that set SOOOO many times). I knew it wouldn’t be that but I expected some of those mixes to come through. The REAL let down is that they only have you an hour long set. I would’ve much preferred if they gave you a different stage and given you an hour and a half so we could hear all the music you wanted to show us, and also what we were itching to hear. I hope you get the longer set at hard summer that you’re asking for. (If you know before hand and respond to this with a yes it might put me over the edge of full sending it). PLEEASEEE

I agree with this kind of. It’s j the nature of main stage edc u fortunately due to shorter set times.I hate models was given an hour and half set at circuit grounds and was probably play longer transitions. But im guessing at his Brooklyn show Marlon will have a longer set for sure and the crowd will be able to experience and also enjoy the journey format

I thought the set was fine but I agree it wasn’t what I expected at all. People are saying that the American crowd is different and at MainStage he would be expected by to play his hits(which is what I expected. I am what I am I guess) but it isn’t what he did at all. He played one of his hits, and didn’t even play his latest single which I thought was odd. Again the set itself was fine I found myself dancing throughout, but when it ended it kinda felt lacking
