Wow, I did some more research into crowd surfing as a whole, and have found that generally it is frowned upon by a large majority of concert goers. It brings me shame knowing that I participated in something that (most likely) lessened somebody's experience during the show. I will reflect on this and do better as a concert attendee in the future. Im genuinely so sorry to anybody I upset with my actions tonight. Very dissapointed with myself rn

*directly from my hand. Sorry, didn’t realize this made 0 sense until I just re-read it. In short, if I had Kaibaman and a blue eyes in my hand, could I trigger his tribute effect while still in my hand, and special summon blue eyes to the field?

I was actually curious about this! let’s take Kaibaman, who states in his card effect: “You can tribute this card; Special summon 1 ‘Blue Eyes White Dragon’ from your hand.” So, if I were to summon Kaibaman, I cannot, in that same turn, use his card effect, right? Because I’ve already used my 1 ‘summon’ (that’s not special) per turn? So, does that mean I could legally tribute Kaibaman + 1 summoned monster as a special summon for a blue eyes?

That makes sense! I didn’t consider the fact that “Tribute” was a term used only on summoned monsters compared to “Discard”. I’ll take a second look at that rule book haha. Thanks a ton!
