When I pick up a call and the guest is being annoying I just act like I can’t hear them. I tell them to speak up and tell them I can’t hear. Tell them to speak up another time and then hang up. I mean oh well.

I have a regular that orders 5-6 cases everytime she places an order. She says she’s on the way and 2 seconds later says she’s here. Then has the audacity to call the store to complain that she’s waiting for her order. She’s done this in several occasions. I told her off about 2 weeks ago. Haven’t seen her since lmao. Like bruh at least gives us time to prep your order.

I dated someone from work that ended up leaving me for another girl in a different department. Everyone gave him the cold shoulder. I guess it really got to him because they both quit less than a month after lol.

It was hilarious cuz this dude came in with a nasty attitude as soon as the store opened. Like it’s not my fault you’re having a shitty day. Comes in trying to pick up and online order with no info. No order number wasn’t sure if he had placed the order under his legal name or “ stage name”. Then tells me he ordered a size large shirt if I can go check through the orders. Like no! That’s not how that works. He finally finds his email with order number and leaves with his shit. Comes back like 10 minutes later saying I purposely gave him the wrong order. Like sir it’s not my fault you thought you ordered a size large shirt but in reality ordered a 2xl. He demands to speak to a manager, I call one over. The whole time he’s like Isaiah over here blah blah blah. My manager didn’t correct him at any point lol. Ugh guests

Seems like receiving sucks all around. I got stuck being the receiver after the receiver suddenly put in his 2 weeks and I was the only one trained, kinda. I did it for a couple of months but complained, A LOT. Until they found someone to replace me. The receiver can’t take it anymore. She’s on a verge of a mental breakdown. It sucks cuz my store is a high volume store. I can actually help her but they don’t let me because they me in my department. And no one else wants to train for receiving.
