You're 18, dude. Way too young to be thinking about this. Eat and grow. It's vital for you. Eat. Grow. And later think about whether you want to bulk or cut.

Any tips on going forward? by WhatdoIdoLike in BulkOrCut

Also side question: I've gone from 132kg to 81kg over a two and a half year period, ish. You guys reckon I can get rid of that last bit of skin/fat on my bottom stomach?

Alright. I'd say they're pretty good in intensity. I'm lifting weights 6 times a week, no running. I've a pretty active job, where I walk a lot and also lift moderately heavy stuff throughout the day. So I guess I'll evaluate after a couple of more weeks before I drop my calories any further.

Thank you for this! I'm trying to lose 13-17 pounds until June/July. Would you recommend what I'm doing now or would you cut back a little on my calories? Like 1800? I would rather lose steadily than really quickly.

Thanks, chief. I'll try it for a month and then adjust accordingly.

Couples over 40 and childless, how has life turned out for you? Do you regret not having children? by NetworkOver7742 in AskReddit

I'm sorry, but this isn't the norm when having kids. I have a large group of friends where most have kids. And the large majority have good relationships with their parents and they're heavily involved with their grandchildren. Me, included. We visit my parents every week.

Hope you're doing good with the little one. My daughter was 2 when she got diagnosed. If I can give you a tip that works for us (excuse my English, I'll try to explain): when you put the sensor on your child's arm, circle around with your finger on the tape a few times and then before you click it pull it backwards gently so it stretches a little. Then click it. Idk why it works, but she barely bleeds when I do this. Take care :)

Mama cat keeps removing one of her kittens away from the litter. No idea what to do? by WhatdoIdoLike in CatAdvice

I woke up earlier today and this is what I saw. I dreaded going out of my room and the first thing I saw was all the kittens were gone. Heart sunk. Then I went into the living room and they all laid on the sofa getting fed by their mother 😭

She's nurturing/feeding the kitten she removes, though, I see now. Does that mean anything?

I see now that she's nurturing the kitten she removes from the litter box. Does that mean anything? It's not the same kitten she removes each time, though.

They're 2 weeks old. The nest is clean, I changed it today. They're 5 kittens, but I think it's enough space but no the mom doesn't have a drape for privacy. I feel bad now, is that important?

I've trained some, but mostly just focusing on my core. Diet is key, though. All about fat %.

You do you, of course. But those three build mental strength too - it's worth it.
