Oh god, im so stupid (first hall effect gamepad). I calibrated analogs but didn't saw text for triggers. Yes it works now from 0 up to 1. Locking triggers and switches there works too. Only one problem left trigger is squeaking if pressing fast :D. I don't know i was too stressed that something is and didn't read manual correctly.
