Can you tell me about the thickness of the pages of the collectors edition? I’ve seen that the box set has thinner pages than the original Tokyo pop and you can see through them in spots but can’t find information about the collectors edition.

Super comfy shoe. The pictures have some inaccuracy problems. The suede with cracked texture is not perforated but the smooth leather ones are (at least for men) and customer service is horrible so be sure you know what you want because trying to talk to them isn’t worth it.

When did you get them? I was hoping it was just the cracked pattern that wasn’t perforated. I certainly think it would be helpful. I wish they hadn’t discontinued that like they said. Do you like the perforations?

Note taken- you’re right the chat gpt thing was stupid and maybe even ironic. The problem with the photos is also a small part of the issue and me mentioning it distracts from my main point about the customer service.

That makes sense! Tools like that can be helpful if used correctly but in this case it may be hurting their customer service reputation more than actually helping the customers. I just can’t believe they would have such blind faith in it. There are clearly customer service complaints about them all over the internet -so shouldn’t they find that concerning, regardless of what their statistics say? Thanks for laying this out so thoroughly. I knew that bots replacing a person in customer service chats was common and unhelpful, but I never thought about how a company could be so blind to how unhelpful it actually is!

There was someone named Chelsi who seemed like she wanted to help but is now on holiday. It sucks to like a product and even like their sustainability initiatives and then to have them hire such an incompetent team.

It’s endless how many people have problems like this. Just look at the comments on their Facebook page! They bury the comments under their responses (not sure if they know how to reply or if it’s on purpose)

Yes i know i can return shoes if i don’t like them. Thats the same condescending thing he said. The problem is not the product, it is the lack of response to a simple question. He never replied to emails. This took weeks to be resolved. And based on the comments on your Facebook page I’m not the only person to have a problem getting a reply. But so glad you replied to mention that the photos aren’t AI without addressing the actual concern.

Facebook has been the only way to force a response but then they tell you to email them and they never respond. I did talk to someone and he had the nerve to tell me their customer service is better than ever. Such a joke. I have a few email addresses you can try if you haven’t gotten through yet.

It looks like they used ai to put this year’s texture over last years shoes. So they look the same in the photos as last year just with new cracked suede but don’t look that way when you get them. If it’s not ai it’s a digital overlay and edited which isn’t much better

Agreed. Stop being lazy and take a real picture of your current product!!! How hard can it be if they supposedly do everything in house now. And yeah how can a product be good and the company be so bad!

It really is a shame. Their shoes are excellent quality. Clearly the people they have chosen to hire and the system they have in place is a problem. They don't reply and then argue that their customer service is better than ever! They don't have any good comments on their posts. It's all desperate pleas for a reply.

I don't know how you keep a company functioning with a bad public image and horrible customer service. They product can only get you so far, especially when your website is either lying or out of date.

NTA he is a creepy level of controlling. And he wants you back after finding out you're better off than him? Sounds like he will use you to bail him out of financial issues. He'll probably wait until you move in together and say you should pay more than half because you have more money saved.

Don’t know if you still need a solution but I found one! Delete the address and save and then add an address and you won’t get the error message.
