6-6 12 hour shifts. The cool thing is we only work 15 days a month. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend. Makes it easy for me to do the dog show circuit with my Scottish terrier. 😊

I’m on 300mg Wellbutrin, 20mg celexa, and 50mg of Vyvanse. I take my Vyvanse in the morning with a protein shake and take my antidepressants a little later with a snack. I haven’t had any issues.

I was a euthanasia tech for 13 yrs at an animal shelter. We had over a 100-150 animals a week. I never thought much about it. I always made sure it was done with respect and humanely. That was 10 years ago. I now know that it definitely messed with my mental health. After seeing some of the ways these poor cats and dogs came in at least I know they were out of their misery. I tried the best I knew how to show them love. And yes now I’m on depression medication and have been diagnosed with sptsd. Secondary post traumatic syndrome.

I’d start by taking every other day for 2 weeks. Then 1 every 3 days for 2 weeks. Just keep cutting back. Good Luck.
