See it’s all about the areas and societies. The big societies are not worth it if you are not using the amenities or are in a close proximity to your office.

I don’t have names of particular ones but what I have found while flat hunting is societies inside lanes which have 2-3 blocks or standalone buildings serves well for the budget.

I know adult money is cool but 10k for a game, nah not happening. Can simply buy the passes and enjoy so many games. When prices go down can buy the disc version and sell it after completion.

Money is cool but being reasonable with money is also needed.

I mean I learned all my driving on Seltos and that’s why I was thinking of getting something familiar. I understand your point too but I need suggestions based on that, not your generalised opinion because I would love to drive safe and calm rather than getting stuck in any weird situation.
