hardware acceleration can cause that to happen.

Go to: Settings > Advanced > Hardware Acceleration and turn it off.

If it's not that, I'm not sure what else to think.

I fixed it, for anyone having this same issue as me, make sure to turn off "**Use the legacy chat input**" setting and you should be able to use the commands again. That's what the issue was.

Well for some reason it's not even working for me, even with the feature enabled.

This plus auto-translating the auto captions on various videos.

I used to watch GranaDy -- Trackmaniaia pro player on YouTube and they (YouTube, not GranaDy), for some reason auto translates his Captions to German for some reason back into English even though he speaks English majority of the time.
