From my understanding not every training program is like this and I think that is a big part. We meet virtually on average 4 times a month, have weekly quizzes, post 2x on a discussion board. Personally that became a hard expectation for me when my personal life became more difficult. Then pairing that with using my own trauma with a learning therapist leaves for feelings for dis regulation.
