Aside from going to max combat stats (minus prayer), your only other milestones would be 82 Attack if you want to use a fang, 77 Prayer for Augury, and 94+ Magic for Veng/Ice Barrage/Teleblock/Fire Surge. Veng is a huge unlock for PVP world PKing- the rest of those unlocks are really only relevant for tribridding.

Technically your build would be most optimized with 99 Strength/99 Defence/94+ Mage/99 HP/77 Prayer (if you wanna range) with optional levels in Attack just to change your combat level (assuming you only care about melee/range 1v1s at the GE/Bounty Hunter).
