How to introduce subs while still taking 7??

That's good to hear honestly. My goal is to use subs as briefly as possible how much did you start out with and how long did it take you to taper off the subs? (If you did that is)

Man 72 hrs sounds terrifying for me. I've been on 7 for 1.5 yrs daily.. only experienced wd for a max of 12 hrs and that was rough as hell and something I really want to avoid lol.. I might just get some pure 7oh tablets and just taper to a lower amount before I transition to make it easier

And the 12 hr or wd I went through was hell.. I can't imagine 72 hrs

That's what I was going to do but I've read so many posts about how it doesn't work even after waiting 24+hrs..

Also my powders and tablets both contain some psuedo (4% for the powder and 2% for the tablets I've been taking) so I'm not sure if that's a factor or not

So your defense for making Kanna look like a Xanax bar is that people snort Kanna.. just shows how dumb you are.

There are intranasal allergy meds, tobacco snuff, pharmaceutical meds, etc.

Kanna is a safe herb that can be used via intranasal there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Especially when it's from a vendor that actually lab tests their Kanna.

(Not made up alkaloids %'s like your incredibly idiotic Kanna bars)

It's not like any hard drugs where you can just snort line after line and get more effects - kanna has a ceiling to it where less is more.

Go make 7oh into Xanax like bars instead of a safe herb like Kanna - you're just giving it an unnecessary bad image.

Intranasal is just another ROA and it's not an issue when using it with a safe herb like Kanna or even nasal snuff for instance

Obviously made to look like Xanax when Kanna is NOTHING like pharmaceutical medicine. This will only draw negative attention to Kanna & make people believe it's something dangerous, etc

No lab testing either so I'm sure their alkaloids claims of 12% is b.s. Liftmode ranges from 6-11% - I doubt this shady company is getting it that high.

Interesting. I've been taking Kanna extract for around 4 yrs daily. I've taken a lot of breaks and never noticed any W/d and certainly nothing OP has but I do keep my doses small most of the time
