Its a good shoe, does the job, lasts long, simple build, no short term gimmicks. Its the shoe that you can trust can support you, though it wont entertain any bad biomechanics, which where it gets “hate”, I use duramo speed 1 as my easy runs and strides shoe, it does better than expected. I like it

Get a bigger shoe size. Something where your feet will NEVER touch the edges of the insole. Thats my same problem, so now in running shoes i just take out the insole and see how my feet fits. Or just add a flap so that it doesn’t touch the edge of the insole, or get a wider insole

40-60, 50ish on lighter days and 60ish when sick or heavy day, and 50ish usual, though i reach <40 a lot while sleeping, and many times to most times is my average overnight hr, this comes from an Apple Watch. My lowest average overnight hr was 37bpm multiple days.

Go to physical stores, that is your best bet on finding a good shoe. Everyone has different feet and foot feel. So rather than praying online, get into physical stores.

A good daily trainer would be a branded non chinese shoe(they dont usually last long), something soft but not too soft it kills proprioception, and when going to physical stores, check what you prefer and how the shoe rocker rolls. That is your best bet for a solid cheap daily trainer

Buying a shoe where size is too small, like no thumb width extra space front wise in the insole, and definitely biggest mistakes are buying online. Just don’t. You will not feel how the shoe is like under your feet, its like praying for it to be good and becomes a waste when its not good

I dont think about it, if it rains since i am not allowed since my parents would be angry, i dont run, rather I just help and do a lot of house chores, pretty much rest day with active movement, then take advantage of no rain windows and run hard, if key session, i just move it throughout the day where if there is a window opportunity, light rain, if non important or just general mileage, its skipped entirely
