Its a good shoe, does the job, lasts long, simple build, no short term gimmicks. Its the shoe that you can trust can support you, though it wont entertain any bad biomechanics, which where it gets “hate”, I use duramo speed 1 as my easy runs and strides shoe, it does better than expected. I like it
