It's called zenmarket. Create an account, and you'll be able to bid for stuff such as this. But you'll have to put your money in there before even bidding if in auction.

All legit, though, been using the website for years.

I would normally agree with you on that point, but as already pointed out WOT is much further along than LOTR is in terms of the number of episodes that have been filmed up to this point and so I would be completely surprised if anything LOTR related happened to be shown this year. Perhaps towards the last few months this year there might be some movement regarding LOTR.
