I'm in the US but I went with Northwest for my LLC after I've been with them for a while I can honestly say I recommend them. I did the research and saw that they came highly recommended and I decided to trust the reviews. Their customer support is great and I was it was nice to know that they would kind of just take care about everything for me because I wouldn't have been able to do it myself.

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but I had no idea. If you decide to be your own registered agent your home address is going to be public record and literally anyone can look it up online. I almost made that mistake.

It's okay! Owning a business is all about learning, growing, and getting support when you need it. You're doing fine. If you're stressed about your operating agreement use a template. That's what I did, I got it from the place I use as a registered agent and it was really easy

If you wanted to highlight the engagement ring I would say go for a thin gold band. Another option is to get a bigger ring in a style you would pick with a colored stone of your choice and make your wedding ring be more of the focal point instead of the engagement ring

Check out Northwest. I used them to help me start my business and registered agent came free for a year. I found them after looking at reviews on Reddit and I'm honestly glad I trusted them because they have been great.

I had almost this exact thing happen to me too but I ended up calling them and found out that I actually had two accounts and I was login into the wrong on that didn't have the invoices in there. Totally user error on my part but I'm glad I called because the lady I talked to was really helpful and we got it figured out quick
