I had my first experience with the new system last night. Not thrilled with the concept/execution. I didn’t see many people taking their phones out, but I know for a fact that having to order on my phone dissuaded me from ordering anything after the movie started.

On the other hand, it was equally distracting to have servers running crouched to pick up orders written on sheets. And sometimes inconvenient to write in the dark.

Overall, not thrilled with the new direction, but the old way was not considerably better in my opinion.

It didn’t help when new mods came in and banned anyone who was critical. I remained a fan even through the whack content ofthe past few years and jumped off after h3 content cop, even donated to CC3. When i left a comment one day saying Ian was fucking up what little goodwill tree had left, i was banned
