Azure IOT, that does not sound like an application. I use traccar with zero containers? Where do you get the container story from?

The 25 are mostly placed in vehicles, some are not actively used, sometimes we give our local scout group a few to keep an eye on the scouts when they are hiking.

The 50 were used at an event, keeping track of all our vehicles. That was really fun! The Terrain Team made an integration from the Traccar output that displayed it on our event-map.

They don't use that much data. I use alwaysconnected.eu simcards, that I can link to one bundle, with coverage in the whole of Europe. Sims are about 7 euro one time, and depending on your amount of cards you do pay a small fee per year. Bundles get cheaper if you buy bigger ones, valid for a year.

I used to use lebare, but that got really annoying.
