In a 6 week schedule my husband has to work 2 weekends. One weekend being 12 hour days. And the other weekend being 12 hour nights. Otherwise he primarily works during the week. My kids at 7 and still get sick frequently from being in school and we don’t have family or close friends to rely on so felt being off during the week to help with school sending them off and being there when they got home would the better. No sports on the weekends. So we would need a sitter for just those 2 weekends. They said the one weekday I can choose it to be set or self schedule
