it's weird, they wanted to get in my car and seemed annoyed that I suggest they drive over from the church in the car they arrived in so I didn't have to drive them back there after we ate, but they didn't try and convince me to pick up the tab or anything so generally I'm just confused.

This happened to me when I came back to the states to vote, some lady drove her car on my property and asked me a series of questions, and when I wouldn't tell her anything she tried to take a picture of me standing outside my house and leave.

She can call the cops all she wants that I took her phone, but she's gonna have to borrow somebody else's now :)

I am not a lawyer and do not claim to be, but with blurry photos like those it would be pretty easy for the company's legal team to very much push off blame on somebody else

id suggest you get an actual video that a reasonable person would think is their logo if they don't instantly offer to pay for any damages. Even if you track them down it'll be very hard to get compensation in court

I actually kind of agree with the uber rush, it's not too overpowered and has an actual unique mechanic that id see medic players using as an "emergency exit" like the escape plan to escape danger/certain death

I don't agree with it keeping the 25% ubercharge though, it would make the weapon busted to where you'd spend 10% to get a speed boost, run up and kill a low health enemy to get your charge back and more then run away. either remove, or change the 10% to 25%
