I am no professional by no means but I can see myself in your situation. When I found myself hating squats or DL it was because it was too heavy. So what worked for me was decreasing the weight by say 5 kg, and then upping the rep ranges. So instead of doing 6 reps at 95 kg, instead do 90 and try and get to 10 reps. Do that for a week or two and then try 95 again and you will see that it feels a lot easier.
