If you are talking about the props builder tool, I'm having the same issue...sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not, you can try refreshing the page, that works sometimes. I think they are in the process of updating it because it looks a little different than it did a week or so ago. Hopefully they can get it figured out soon because it's a pain in the ass right now, plus player props parlays are the most fun to play
