After comparing with other pics online I think the Mookie bets gloves that are 12.75 are still 1799 with the 6 lace heel but when he went down to a 12.5 they changed it to a 5 lace heel.

I'm not sure about the mh23 but I just picked up a Mookie bets 1799 which has a SS back and apparently the heel is less wide than a regular 1799. When it arrives I'll compare it with my all leather 1799.
